Product Overview
ChillKote Concrete Cleaner is a biodegradable cleaner that cleans concrete safely and effectively. It cleans dirty, greasy, oily concrete by penetrating deep into the pores, breaking down dirt, oil, and grease and releasing it so it can be rinsed away with water. It also neutralizes alkalis which can cause coatings to pop up. ChillKote Concrete Cleaner etching ability creates a superior bonding surface for coatings. ChillKote Concrete Cleaner also removes clay and rust stains from concrete - something no pressure washer can do.
Preparation
Surface must be dry and completely free of sealers. If a sealer is present, use a quality paint stripper to remove any sealer.
Application
Using a hand-pump sprayer, apply an even coat of ChillKote Concrete Cleaner, completely wetting the surface. On very dirty surfaces, use a deck brush to agitate the surface and allow ChillKote Concrete Cleaner to penetrate into the pores. Applying ChillKote Concrete Cleaner in the morning or evening is best as the concrete is generally cooler and gives ChillKote Concrete Cleaner more time to work. Give ChillKote Concrete Cleaner time to work before rinsing. Two hours is generally good, However, it can be allowed to dry and rinsed later. Rinse with high pressure water.

Wear rubber gloves and eye protection. Rinse skin and eye contact thoroughly with water. ChillKote Concrete Cleaner is completely biodegradable and releases no VOCs. When used properly, it poses no threat to the environment. Dispose of according to federal, state, and local regulation. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. STORE IN AN APPROVED PAINT CABINET.
Precautions
Protect adjacent surfaces. Damage caused to glass, soft metal, and glazes (on tile and porcelain) is considered permanent.
ChillKote Concrete Cleaner has no appreciable odor when used on cleaner surfaces, but can cause powerful fumes on dirty ones. Provide ventilation in this situation and control the size of the work area. Always use lots of water when rinsing to dilute the solution. ChillKote Concrete Cleaner WILL KILL GRASS AND PLANTS. SATURATE SURROUNDING FOLIAGE WITH WATER PRIOR APPLYING AND PRIOR TO RINSING AND USE AN ABUNDANCE OF WATER TO RINSE. THIS WILL PROPERLY DILUTE THE FORMULA.
