Product Overview
The first self-cleaning sealer!
This container of SealKote is packed with trillions of nanoparticles that create a super hydrophilic surface, causing water to “sheet off” versus trail off of the surface. This allows airborne dirt and other particulates to be rinsed away with each rainfall. Pressure washing becomes minimal.

Surface Preparation
Properly clean (pressure wash) surface, removing dirt, grease, oil and grime from substrate. Allow to dry.
Application
Apply with pump sprayer and back-roll with 1/4” nap roller. Material can also be applied with sponge or bristle brush. Apply 2 back-to-back light coats. Prevent pooling.
Application Conditions
Apply in temperatures between 45 - 90 degrees F. Do not apply when rainfall is expected within 8 hours.
Stain + SealKote
Adding two ounces of solid stain tint to this container allows you to stain and seal in one application!
