The Ultraguard Experience
My first experience with Ultraguard was in 2008. I was looking for something to re-plaster my pool and wanted to do it myself to save money. I knew that pool plaster was out of the question because of the process and the number of workers involved to accomplish the task. I didn’t want to use pool paint because that just does not last. So I started searching the internet to see if I could find another way. That’s where I found Ultraguard.
I called and talked to Ken about the product and it sounded like something I could do myself. You only need two people to apply the product. So I ordered the least expensive grade (there are three different product grades that apply to the thickness of the material).
After I received the product, Ken sent me detailed instructions as to how to prepare the pool for application of the product. He made sure that I called him after every step. It is important that the steps outlined in the instructions are followed correctly.
The important thing is to take your time. I hurried a little too much because of the time constraints once the product is mixed. There is plenty of time for two people to apply the product once it is mixed.
It is 2017 and I just finished application of my second Ultraguard experience, and my pool looks great. Great product and I would recommend it to anyone.

When we needed to resurface our float rooms we searched for the very best product. Our float rooms are indoor and carry 200 gallons of water with 1000 lbs of epsom salts. Epsom salt can be corrosive so we need to find a industrial coating that could safely be used indoors. After researching, we came to find Ken and his amazing product. Best of all, Ken would walk us through step by step. What a blessing. We followed Ken’s instructions and ended up with a beautiful refinish in our float rooms that look clean and beautiful. We would highly recommend super epoxy swimming pool coating to anyone.
Thanks Ken and Jeanne

This is the second time I have refinished my pool. The first time I used another product and after all the work it failed in about 4 years. This time I avidly researched the product and after seeing what was available, choose to use UltraGuard . Not only did I get step by step instructions but also a live coach to help me with the installation. I am impressed. This material is tough as nails, went on as advertised, looks great, has product MDS sheets, and historical documentation of use and reliability, and a warranty. My pool now looks beautiful. I recommend this to everyone!
Thanks for all your help and your great product.

I want to thank you for always being there for advise and direction with the refinishing of my gunite pool. If I had been a better listener in our early conversations you would have saved me a lot of work so that I would not have had to remove all of the rubber based paint. So much for my listening skills.
You actually do what you say you are going to do when it comes to supporting your customers. I learned to listen carefully to your instructions and request clarification when I was not sure. You were always ready with directions and answers. This gave me confidence for I had never taken on a task like this before. I am attaching two pictures for your use of the finished and partially filled pool. Today I would not hesitate to do this job again. I feel that I now know how based upon your clear directions. Stay healthy so I can call you in 10 years when I will again be refinishing the pool.

For years my small gunite pool had been a challenge, with rubberized pool Paint type- A applied to it. That would make any pool owner cringe. With the blisters, chalking, flaking, pitting, and bad ph readings; after all the prep and hard work you’re left with an eye sore of a pool. But finally, I can honestly say that after applying Ultra-Guard 6000 my pool finish is totally beautiful and sealed for years to come, no blisters, flaking or chalking and no false ph readings. Ultra Guard 6000 really is a industrial strength two parts epoxy product that works and can be applied by homeowners like myself with personal step by step instructions. Ken was there every step of the way. I know I called over 15 -20 times with questions and every time he answered the phone or gave me a call back within minutes. Wow!! A company that cares for their customers and stands behind their product! Thanks Ken and UltraGuard for a great looking pool and giving me back my weekends and my sanity!!

Good morning Ken, here are some of the pictures that I promised you ,unfortunately I could not get in to the pigmy hippo exhibit because they were working the animals in there but I will try another day so you have some of that project as well.
My boss has also ask me to order a kit of grey so we can paint the walls of the exhibit that I sent you pictures of .
Your product has really worked well for us and I will send you a testimonial in a few minutes .
